Questions about trading​

If the information in the published notice and accompanying procurement documentation is not enough, you can send a clarification to the auction organizer question.Submitting a question is available in the bidding statuses “Accepting bids” and "The notice has been published."On the bidding page you need to click the button "Ask a question."In the pop-up window that opens, you should describe the essence problems, after which you can send your question to the organizer.

Create a trading question

The auction organizer can send the answer to the question to the user personally or publish on the bidding page in the “Questions about bidding” block.Notice of When a response is received, you will receive a private message.

All questions from your organization and the answers received can be viewed in the magazine “My questions about procedures and lots.”For this you need to follow the link of the same name in the left side menu:

The participant can use search filters by part of the question or by its current status.After setting the search filters, you must click "Search" button:

To view the answer, follow the link in the “Question” column.

Sometimes the organizer may leave a question unanswered.In such a case you must contact him in another way to obtain clarification on to the question asked:

Invitations to participate in certification and trading procedures​

The organizer can invite users to participate in their certifications and trade procedures.In the "Invitations" section you can find a list of such notifications sent by the organizer.

In order to go to the page for viewing invitations, you must click on the link in the “Personal Account” menu or click on the tile "Invitations":

You can search for invitations by part of the lot name or by sender (to the auction organizer):

To view the invitation, you must follow the link in the column "Sent."

To proceed to creating an application for participation, you must use button of the same name.The further process of filling out and submitting an application for Participation is described in detail in the section “Creating and submitting an application for participation.”

If the execution of the work for which tender is announced does not represent interest, you should ignore this invitation.

Section “Application for participation in procedures”​

This section displays a list of all previously created applications for participation from your organization.To go to the page viewing applications, it is necessary in the left side menu in the section “Participation in procedures" select the item "Application for participation in procedures", or Click on the “My applications for participation in procedures” tile:

You can search for applications by part or full name of the lot, method bidding, lot status, application status, as well as by segment time when the application was submitted:

To view the application, you must follow the link in the “Date” column creation" or "Application status", and to view information about the auction - by link in the “Procedure No.” or “Procedure” column.
